GENERAL TERMS - Only a person who is over 21 years old and has a driver's license for at least 2 years can rent a vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the lessee).
When picking up the car, the lessee is obliged to present valid documents: a passport or ID card and a driver's license, which the agents of HAS Rent A Car are obliged to copy and keep in the records.
The lessee is obliged to sign a contract in which he agrees to the agreed price of the vehicle and additional services, the amount of the deposit, and the exact time of returning the vehicle.
The lessee also agrees with the general terms of renting that are on the back side of the contract, which can be read here, by signing the contract.

PRICE of the car per day includes tax, comprehensive insurance, and unlimited mileage unless otherwise stated by the promotional price.
The price of the car per day includes a billing period of 24 hours from the time of vehicle pickup, with a tolerance of up to 1 hour when returning the car.
All prices are in Euros, and payment is made in Dinars at the NBS selling rate upon vehicle pickup, in cash, or by payment card. We accept all VISA, MASTER, AMEX payment cards.

DEPOSIT is required upon pickup and depends on the choice of the vehicle. The minimum deposit is €200, and you can see the exact information about the amount when making a reservation.
The deposit can be left in cash or by reserving funds on a payment card. The deposit is reduced for regular customers.
For persons under 25 years of age, the deposit is doubled, and the minimum deposit is €500. HAS Rent A Car reserves the right to increase the deposit or not issue a vehicle to the lessee.

INSURANCE The price of the rent includes FULL comprehensive insurance without a damage deductible, and you receive an attached police report, which means that in the event of a traffic accident or car theft, you do not bear any costs.

FULL comprehensive insurance does not cover damage to the interior of the vehicle, such as stained and burned seats, scratched, and damaged surfaces.

‍LEAVING SERBIA with our car is possible with our consent and payment of a fee of 30€.
If you want to travel outside the borders of our country, please let us know in advance, otherwise we will place a stamp on your vehicle authorization which prohibits this option.

‍WORKING HOURS of our office at Belgrade Airport "Nikola Tesla" are from 07-24h.
Any pick-up or drop-off of the vehicle that is pre-booked 30 minutes before or after working hours is free of charge.
Pick-up or drop-off of the vehicle outside of our working hours will be charged an additional fee of 15€.

‍VEHICLE DELIVERY is possible and can be arranged for an additional fee.

‍ALTERNATIVE VEHICLE OFFER ‍We reserve the right to provide you with a car of the same or higher class under the same conditions in case we do not have available the selected car you have booked.
